The Forum brings together experts, academics, and leaders to align policies, technologies, and actions, ensuring that innovation benefits everyone. It emphasizes how converging technologies can drive competitive, sustainable, and inclusive growth.
Expect livestreamed panels and sessions on Industry 4.0 and frontier technologies. The Forum will highlight how AI, smart factories, and deep tech breakthroughs, are impacting industry, the economy, and society. Engage with delegates in networking zones, view exhibitions, and connect with media members in media spaces. The event will also feature the launch of new initiatives and partnerships.
The Forum will focus on six themes:

Approximately 500 participants, including policymakers, business leaders, academics, and innovators from the global C4IR network. Attendees include Young Global Leaders, Global Shapers, Quantum for Society Challenge innovators, local entrepreneurs, students, and tech enthusiasts.

To ensure your place, early reservation is strongly recommended, as each session is limited to 50 participants. Attendees are kindly requested to arrive at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
In addition, an immersive virtual experience, Inside the Future: A Metaverse Journey through Advanced Manufacturing, is available for booking. This interactive tour offers a unique exploration of the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Center. Advance registration is required, and you may reserve your place by selecting the dedicated Metaverse button on the event app.

We are pleased to present three curated tours, celebrating the Kingdom’s commitment to both innovation and heritage:
Tour 1: KACST IR 4.0 Capability Center: smart factory, interactive zones, and immersive walkthrough of Industry 4.0 use cases.
Timing: 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM
Tour 2: KACST Labs: Genome Core Lab, Clean Room Lab, Future Mobility Institute, and startups at The Garage.
Timing: 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM
Tour 3: Diriyah: Al Bujairi District, Fortress in At Turaif District & Diriyah Museum, Al Zawihra Mosque.
Timing: 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Please note that tours need to be booked in advance due to limited capacity. Go to the Book a Tour tab to make a reservation. Three tours are available: two Innovation Tours (of which you may select only one) and a Heritage Tour. Once your selected tour appears in your calendar, your booking is confirmed.
Each tour has a limited capacity of 40 persons. Please book early to secure your spot.
To book these activities, please use the Forum app as far as possible. Once confirmed, your bookings will be automatically added to your schedule in the app and linked to your personal barcode. As a last resort, you may visit the session or registration desks at the event for booking assistance.
